Employers' Liability Insurance became compulsory in Cyprus on November 1, 1997. Employers’ Liability Insurance protects your business against damages and legal costs following injury or disease to your employees due to their employment. Atlantic offers the Standard Employers' Liability Policy as required by law. What we cover Our cover protects your business against damages and legal costs following injury or occupational disease to your employees due to their employment. We can offer you employers’ liability cover against the following risks: The minimum limits of indemnity (by law) are the following: i. For each employee : £50.000 ii. Per event or series of events : £2.000.000 iii. Aggregate limit any one period of insurance: £3.000.000 Higher limits than the above can be offered on request.
